Mrs. New York America Pageant

This past weekend I had the honor of attending the Mrs. New York America Pageant. It was a wonderful experience and the girls were all great!! I had a blast getting to meet every single one of them and Nicole Palmer the new Mrs. New York America is amazing. She is very sweet and I think she will do very well at Mrs. America. Of course I also got to be with Fred all weekend and met John and Kate and they were great as well! Thanks for a great weekend.

Beach Fun 2009!!

We took the boys up to Topsail Island for Memorial Day. The boys had a great time and played all day. Now we have to go all the time!!! :-)

SOCCER!!!

So the boys are now playing soccer. I have come to realize that I am now a real soccer man with the soccer vehicle. The other day I went to get into the back of the truck and I had cleats and soccer balls falling out at me. :-) We have played 2 games so far and have creamed the other teams. Matthew is not to much into it as we thought he would be but Steven has taken off with it. He loves playing soccer and our very good friend is the coach so Steven thinks that is even cooler. We are the... The Pink Panthers. Yes I know. :-)

New Years Eve

Well, it is the end of 2008 and the beginning of another year, hopefully good things will come out of this year! We had a quiet party of 5 at home for New Years Eve. My stepson Jake ended up coming over but didn't make it until 12:00. Matthew put himself to bed around 10:30 and poor Steven made it all the way until 11:51. Poor guy. He was the hat police and still loves his Happy New Year Hat. He is so funny. Well, Happy New Year everyone and I hope everyone had a great New Years Eve.

Christmas 2008

Well, another year has coming to an end and of course we miss everyone back home but we have made great friends here and we celebrated Christmas Eve and Christmas night. We had a great Christmas though and it was so wonderful to see the boys face light up this morning. I hope everyone has a great holiday and we miss you all terribly!!

Drag Racing in Gainsville

For my 30th birthday Tom and his mom surprised me with drag racing classes down in Gainsville, Fl. I finally got to go this last Friday. It was an experience that I will never forget and now I would like to become a professional drag racer. I had the best reaction time out of a total of 9 people at .063. I was so excited when I heard that. I also ended my last race with my fastest time of 120 mph in 11 seconds. It was amazing and can't wait to get out there and do it again. :-) Enjoy some photos and I will try to download the video as soon as I can.
